Town car service Cancellation Policy

Roadrunner provides town car service to and from airports in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Nearly 95 percent of our car service to the airport business originates from the Sky Harbor International Airport and the Mesa Gateway Airport.

Our town car service cancellation policy to or from the airport is simple. To receive a refund for airport transfers you must cancel your reservation 3 hour prior to your scheduled pickup time by calling 480.310.7773. After making your reservation, your credit card is not charge until the evening before your pickup date. If you cancel your reservation on your pickup date and 3 hours before your pickup time your credit card will be immediately credited the full amount of the fare.

Roadrunner’s town car service is sensitive to the variables associated with air transportation and we understand that airline flights are subject to cancellation without notice. We monitor all incoming flights, so, if your flight is cancelled or diverted we adjust our schedule automatically. However, you must contact us as soon-as-possible to let us know your plans. If we do not hear from you, and we cannot contact you on your reservation’s passenger contact phone number, your reservation will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.

For passengers who miss their connecting flight, call us at 480.310.7773 as-soon-as possible after your connecting flight lands and we will re-book your reservation with the new flight information. There is no additional charge for this service.
Cancellation of Limousine Car Service

Roadrunner’s corporate limo service and limousine car service cancellation policy applies to the following vehicle types:
• Stretch Town Cars
• Stretch SUV’s
• Mini Buses (36 passenger)
• Motor Coaches (56 passenger)

To receive a full refund you must cancel your reservation 72 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. If your reservation in cancelled after the 72 hour cutoff period but more than 24 hour from the scheduled pickup time, you will receive 50 percent of the reservation fare. Cancellation after the 24 hour cutoff will receive no refund.

Town Car Service and Corporate Limo Service Wait Time Charges

Town car service and corporate limo service wait time will be charged if the driver waits for the passenger to enter the vehicle more than 15 minute from the schedule pickup time. Wait time is calculated based on the hourly rate for the type of vehicle reserved and charged from the schedule pickup time to the time the passenger is picked up.

Car Service to Airport and Car Service from Airport Wait Time Charges

For car service to airports, the standard 15 minute wait time policy is applies. However, wait time does not apply to car service from airports where flights are delayed, diverted or to the time it takes to pick up your bags from baggage claim.
