What are the requirements for the Referral Program?
- Must be a new Roadrunner client coming from or going to a destination not already being serviced
- Referral must make at least two airport transfers to qualify
- Referral must apply for the Roadrunner Preferred program
How far in advance do I have to book reservations?
Roadrunner is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to serve you. While it is best to reserve in advance, we are committed to our clients and always go the extra distance to accommodate requests and last minute needs.
What service areas does Roadrunner cover?
We provide airport transportation throughout greater Phoenix which includes Scottsdale, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Glendale, Chandler, and Paradise Valley. Call us if you have a special request and we will do our best to service you.
Do you provide corporate limousine service?
Yes! We have a Preferred Corporate Program that saves businesses time and money. We make it easy for Executives to schedule travel to and from the airport.
Which booking method is faster, phone or online?
Roadrunner offers you a choice. Both are fast and easy so take your pick!
How does "Quick Quote" work?
Basically you send your travel information electronically and we will email you a quote. The turnaround time is not immediate so if you are in a hurry, you may want to call Roadrunner directly.
How much will it cost?
Roadrunner offers affordable flat rate fares to all clients. The distance to/from the destination and the service (airport transfer, charter for special event, group transportation etc.) are the primary factors determining cost. Call us for the best rates.
