Luggage
Our luggage policy closely follows that of airlines. If you have more than 2 checked bags and one carry-on, if your luggage exceeds 50 pounds, or if you will be carrying large objects such as surfboards or golf clubs, extra fees may be applicable. Please call 480-452-8895 for special instructions.

Car Seats
While laws vary from state-to-state, we at Roadrunner Limousine support the strongest safety standard by recommending that small children 5 years and under be secured in a child restraint seat for transportation. Additionally, Roadrunner will provide child restraint seats when arranged for in advance. The fee for this service is $15 per seat and is subject to availability. It is the reponsibility of a child's parent or caregiver to provide the Child Restraint System when transporting children in van and/or taxi cabs.

Cancellation Policy
We understand your travel plans may change. With that in mind, Roadrunner Limousine has a very simple cancellation policy: regardless of whether you made your reservation online or via telephone, just give us 4 hours notice prior to your pickup time and we will give you a full refund. Refunds normally show up on your account within 2 business days. Unfortunately, Roadrunner Limousine cannot refund payment if cancelled with less than 4 hours notice prior to pickup time or in the event of a no-show.
