Does your airport limousine service operate 24 hours a day?

Yes, we provide carour service 24hrs a day 365 days365days a year. We can pick you up any time, whether it is 3am, 11pm or Christmas Day.

How many people can your vehicles hold?
Sedan (Lincoln Town car) can hold a maximum of 4 passengers. SUV’s can hold up to 7 passengers. Our Vans carry from 10 to 13 passengers.

Does your service adjust to late or early incoming flights?
Yes, we monitor all flights. If your flight is delayed or early we will adjust to it. No need to call us we will be there to pick you up on time when your plane arrives!

Is the rate per person or for the vehicle?
Our rates are per vehicle.

What is the difference between a town car service and an airport shuttle or airport taxi service?
A town car service is for customers who want private, clean, professional chauffeured transportation. Shuttle Services pickup multiple passengers and make several stops. This is inconvenient for many people. A Taxi service tendstend to be less reliable and inconsistentconsistent as it relates to driver professionalism and training and vehicle quality standards. Why take a taxi when you can ride in a luxury sedan or SUV for a similar fare.

Is your transportation service dependable?
When traveling to the airport you need dependable transportation to get you there on time. Our drivers are dispatched well in advance of your pickup time and all use sophisticatedsophisticate mapping systems to locatefind your address. In addition, our drivers are monitored regularly to ensure they are on schedule to get you picked up on time. Don’t risk taking a taxi when they are notorious for being late or never showing up; Or shuttle service that makes a thousand stops and can be late as well. We are a true professional chauffeur service that specializes in airport transportation.

Are drivers licensed, Insurance, and safe?
All of our drivers are trained, experienced and professional. Each driver goes through a rigorist FBI background check and finger printing. They are required to complete a DOT physical and defensive driving course every two years. In addition, all of the vehicles used to support our service must have an airport certificate. To be certified by the airport ground transportation department each vehicle is inspected for safety and current commercial insurance documentation and coverage.

What is a meet and greet?
A meet and greet is when the driver meets the passenger in the airport baggage claim area to greet them with a sign displaying their name. With this service drivers help with luggage and assist passengers to their car.

Do you offer discounts to frequent travelers?
No, our ratesrate are extremely competitivecompetive so you can always expect the best possible fare. On occasion, we do have customer loyalty promotions and those benefits are automatically applied to our regular customers.

Is booking online reliable?
Online booking is our preferred method for customer booking. This system is not only the most reliable for accuracy, but automatically records your reservation so there is never a missed call. Agents are alerted in real time when a transportation reservation is booked online. One of our agents will email a confirmation of the reservation soon after the reservation is made. Just confirm the information on your reservation confirmation is accurateaccuracy and you are all set. All that is left for you to do is enjoy Enjoy the ride!

Do you have car seats?
Yes, we have car seats and booster seats available upon request for an addition charge. It is important, however, to book your reservation well in advance so we can coordinate your car seat request with the driver who is scheduled to pick you up.

Do I need a credit card to make a reservation?
Yes, we do require you to have valid credit card information on file to hold your reservation. You can still pay in cash and your credit card will not be charged. How far in advance should I call to make a reservation?
Ideally it is best to make your reservation the day before your pickup date. We will take last minute reservations but they are subject to driver availability.

What information is required from me to make a reservation?
For airport pickups we need the flight information: airline, flight number, estimated time of arrival, and city of departure. We also need complete addresses including the zip code for pickups and drop offs. Most of the area hotels and resortsresort are well known to our driversdriver and their addressesaddressed are preloaded in our reservation system.

Can I pay with cash?
You can pay with cash, but we would like to have a credit card number on file to hold the reservation.

How will I locate my driver at the airport?
Pickup instructions are located on your reservation confirmation. The number to call once you have your bags in hand is also conveniently located on your reservation confirmation. You will be given detailed instructionsinstruction once you call. If you have no checked bags, call when you are well on your way to the baggage claim area and the dispatcher will send you directly to your car. As an added convenience, your driver will get in-touch with you once your plane has landed by calling the cell phone number you provided. Your driver will then direct you where to go for pickup and what car to look for.

Can the driver meet the passenger in the gate at the airport?
No. Airport regulations and airport ground transportation rules limit where drivers may meet their guests. We are allowed toallow meet passengers outside the customs area for international flights or in the baggage claim area for domestic flights.

What happens to my ride if my flight is delayed or early?
Your driver is always up to date regarding your flight status and will be ready to pick you up when you arrive. Regardless if your flight is early or arriving late because of delays, your driver will be there for you.
If I pay with a credit card, will the driver give me a receipt?
Whenever you pay by credit card you will receive a receipt via e-mail which makes expense reimbursement easy. If needed, your driverdrive can also provide you with a paper receipt.

Can I make a stop along the way to my destination?
Yes, stops along the way are no problem. It is helpful to schedule your stop in advance, however, because our drivers are often scheduled for anotherother pickup shortly after yours. There is a $10 charge for a stop on the way, but if you need greater flexibility, stop fares are dependent on additional mileage and wait time.

Are pets allowed in the vehicles?
Yes, many of our guests travel with their pets. We treat them like part of your family.
